Ordering, delivery & privacy.

1. Delivery

Products are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

Orders are delivered using the method chosen by the buyer. The delivery cost is shown at checkout and paid by the buyer.

During holiday periods, such as Christmas and Easter, delivery may take longer due to higher parcel volumes.

2. Returns and product quality

Under Lithuanian and EU legislation, food products that are perishable or have a short shelf life cannot be returned if they are of satisfactory quality.

If you receive a defective product or damaged packaging, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at info@rockyspoon.lt or +370 606 66620.

Please provide a photograph of the product and a brief description of the issue. Possible solutions include a replacement, a refund or another individually agreed solution.

Complaints are reviewed within 10 calendar days. Returns are not accepted without prior agreement.

3. Ordering and payment

After choosing products, the buyer creates a basket and provides their first and last name, delivery address, telephone number and email address. The buyer confirms that they have read these terms.

Payment methods include online banking, payment cards (Visa, MasterCard) and other methods listed on the website. All payments are made in euros (€).

4. Privacy policy (GDPR)

4.1 General provisions

MB Rocky Spoon (“we”) protects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4.2 Data we collect

We may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, company details (if provided), IP address and browsing information.

Data is used to fulfil orders, provide customer service, improve the website, carry out marketing (only with consent), and support security and fraud prevention.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary under applicable legislation, for example for accounting, or while your consent remains valid.

You have the right to obtain a copy of your data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing and transfer your data.
